To begin with the positives of this hospital: The administration in-charges are doing quite a good job to in resolving client grievances and also to help the patients to speed up things.

The hospital is extremely maintained and kept well. Kudos to the house keeping staff.

Now our dear doctor, Dr. Shanti Antony. Must say she’s a gem of a person. She made my wife feel super comfortable and her positive approach does relieve a patient’s stress. She always made sure to attend to my wife’s queries on WhatsApp even during her busy schedule. Thank you very much for taking good care of my wife and keep up your good work.

Then we have our nurses, appreciate their kind behavior and sweet advices. Can’t keep them aside whatsoever.

Now coming to their negatives. Oh KIMS! You guys really need to work on the behavior of your receptionist. Not all though, few of them are very arrogant and it’s not acceptable under any circumstances. They’re literally the face of your hospital and you really need to work on that.

The best decision we’ve ever made was to go to KimsHealth Hospital! While I was pregnant, it was not by accident that GOD willed for me to attend the free Antenatal Programme that they conduct monthly to all expecting mothers. I met Dr. Santhi Mullan Antony, one of the OBGYNS, who for me is the best doctor that saved our lives. She’s very warm and listens to all of what I feel and urgently checks up on me and my baby to find out what it is about as well as to make sure that we are both safe and healthy. She’s a very hands-on doctor who did not leave my side while I was in the labour room. All the staffs, nurses, midwives, and even people from the administration are wonderful and professional. We felt so welcome and valued. They give the excellent services. Our stay there has been very memorable as well because it’s a one-of-a-kind hospital with beautiful facilities that we feel like we’re staying in a hotel. They also have an in-house coffee shop with a friendly crew who serves each customer with a heart. He even delivered our order in our private room. How convenient is that! Everyone can just basically drop by and grab a coffee from the coffee shop located at lobby of KimsHealth.

My husband and I really felt at home and loved by everyone in KimsHealth. I highly recommend that you go to KimsHealth Hospital for consultation because of the great value of their fees and most of all because of their competence to treat you and help you to have the best of health! My entire 9 month pregnancy journey and delivery felt like a breeze with Kims Maternity team. As a couple when we took the decision to proceed with my third pregnancy in Bahrain, we had immense fear of falling in unknown hands and away from family support.

But the reassurance we were given was truly a promise kept! I would open heartedly tell my friends and family to follow my footsteps in trusting Dr Santhi and her team. You are definitely in safe hands! Trust is all that matters when it comes to safely bringing your little one into the world.

Dr. Santhi made sure all my concerns and worries were addressed at all times, conducted tests and accepted my visits and calls as and when required. The supporting staff did not falter even once in the entire journey. Mere words of appreciation is not enough for the mental security I received from a well experienced maternity team. Labour room experience was definitely the icing on the cake.

My wife recently delivered our baby girl at Kims Health. Her experience through the delivery was exceptional thanks to Dr Santhi and the nurses. Dr Santhi made sure throughout the process my wife was comfortable and was very very pro-active in monitoring my wife's condition from start to beginning. I have honestly been to many hospitals before for different cases but Dr Santhi was without a doubt the most caring and very detailed doctor with regards to her work. Dr Santhi had given us her contact details if there were any issues and rest assured, she delivered her services through whatsapp as well to ensure my wife is coping well after delivery. My wife and I are truly impressed with her work. Hands down one of the best gynecologist in Bahrain.

I have to say the nurses were also very very exceptional, they took great care of my wife and my daughter and treated them as a family. Dr.Shanti is not only a very good doctor but also a very good friend...Thank you for your excellent care&support during the past 9months.You were always reachable in a call distance for all the problems.I would like to thank the entire Kim's hospital family for their support.My family always consider KIMS health center as our first priority for any health related consultancy for our parents&children.

My husband and I chose KIMS for my delivery of our first baby. We went and met with Dr. Shanti as she was recommended to us by someone, and also had so many excellent reviews about her online.

Upon meeting with her, we quickly realised how all the reviews that had praised her professionalism and knowledge in her field were so true. We immediately decided to cancel other hospitals and go ahead with her.

Fast forward, even though the date and time for our surgery was all already finalised, one evening just a day before our appointment I had severe pain, and texted Dr. Shanti. It was only 10 mins before her shift was about to end that she responded back for us to go see her. Once reached the hospital, we found out that I was having unexpected contractions. Dr. Shanti's responsiveness to the situation demonstrated the dedication and care she has for her patients. She, with my husband's consent immediately decided to perform an early c-section on me. That to this day has been the best decision for us considering both the baby and my health/safety.

I would like to highlight that it's crucial to have a doctor who not only possesses expertise, but also shows genuine concern for their patients' well-being, especially during such important moments, and for that I'm very happy to have chosen Dr. Shanti to be by my side. Having a skilled, empathetic and attentive medical professional by your side can really make all the difference. In the end, everything went well with the delivery and we left happy in a couple of days.

I would also like to add the nurses were so kind and cooperative every single time that we any required assistance or support for myself or the baby. We're glad we had such supportive and capable medical team to look after us.

Hello, let me tell you about my experience that I went through in the hospital. I had the right to give birth. Praise be to God. I gave birth naturally. At the time of birth, my parents helped me and interacted with me. Frankly, I felt comfortable until my room was in my soul. Theirs is a paradise in the hotel. Even their treatment is nice, and those who work, I congratulate them, as if they and I were good. Frankly, I advise everyone to do the same. If you are pregnant ❤️❤️

Very professional and very very cooperative staff, Doctors are well experienced, specially doctor santhi gynaecologist she is very cooperative and caring, she treated us like family member and support us evey time and doing continues follow-up even after we discharge from there.

We(i and my wife) recently moved to bahrain. My wife was 36 weeks pregnant. And she was feeling labor pain. I just randomly checked kims hospital instagram and messaged the team to get some information regarding the cesarean plan.
In couple of hours i got a call from Mam Sonali. She is such a nice person and discussed the full procedure of how to get admission and gave me a full detailed explanation of all the steps till patient discharge. Anyways with sonali’s help i got the appointment with DR SHANTI. And after meeting dr shanti (i and my wife) decided on the spot to proceed with Dr Shanti. (The way dr checked my wife and her attitude was so heartwarming that she filled the gap of my mother. Anyhow the cesarean operation went soo perfect it was done at 4 am and full kims team was available in OT to save my wife life. And alhamduillah i am blessed with a baby boy.

Next step we moved to the room which was already ready for us its was soo neat,clean and comfortable 10/10.

This was our first delivery outside our home country and the 9 months journey proved that our decision to select KIMS hospital and Dr. Santhi Antony didn't went wrong. All my consultations during my 1st delivery was at kims. But back then, they had not expanded into a hospital. So I had to choose another hospital for my delivery. But when it came to my 2nd delivery, I had absolutely no dilemma at all. I went ahead with KIMS. And I must say that I am glad that I decided to choose KIMS. The experience was completely different from my 1st delivery. I felt more like being at a home away from home rather than being at a hospital. The service that I receive from Kims health centre is excellent. Dr. Shanti Anthony and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. My pregnancy journey starts from April. That was the first time I met Dr.shanti . In my first consultation itself I like the way she talks to me lovingly. My first month of pregnancy was easy,second month onwards was difficult for me. I had many difficulties in my pregnancy. Because of that I was admitted many times. At that time Dr.shanti was very supportive and she take care of me very well. She was not only taking care of me as a doctor but also as a mother or a sister

During my pregnancy period I was under the treatment of Dr. Santhi. She is very good and make me strong. Doctor clarified my all doughts and remove my anxiety at all. Now I have my son. Thank u mam for your support and prayer.

First, we had initially planned to deliver at a public hospital, but we opted for Kims Hospital instead. We met with Dr. Shanti Mullan Antony and were immediately impressed. We decided to continue with her as she is experienced and attentive to our concerns. Nurse Bijitha, who works with Dr. Shanti, also displayed patience and provided great support.

During the delivery, I was fortunate to have some amazing support. Dr. Azhar, as well as nurses Jiji, Biji, Bincy and Viji, were like angels, always ready to help whenever needed. I would like to express my sincere thanks to them...

I met the most compassionate, caring, dedicated doctor here with excellent medical care. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Santhi Antony (Gynec)as my doctor. I had my pregnancy delivery c-section from the Hospital.

I was consulting Dr Shanti during the early months of my pregnancy period. It was a pleasant journey for me, despite complications of diabetes, the excellent care and treatment helped me to be comfortable during those days and have had a fast recovery post c- section.

Not to forget the wonderful nurses who attended to me after my surgery, thankfull to all.
